Seasonal Target Security Specialist - Regional Distribution Center - Bakersfield, CA
About The Position
As a Seasonal Target Security Specialist (Seasonal TSS), you will perform routines that support a safe and secure work environment for team members, temporary workers, vendors, and visitors at a Target supply chain building. The role includes operating Target-owned vehicles to conduct yard and perimeter patrols, following emergency procedures and protocols—including notifying building leadership of incidents—and applying best practices for security trailer management. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs. The currently hiring shift is Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. This is a seasonal role at Target's Regional Distribution Center in Bakersfield, California.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and respond quickly while remaining calm during crisis situations.
- Valid driver's license for the state of employment.
