This role is for a Tanker Driver, CDL A HAZMAT, based in Cairo, OH, with a full-time hourly schedule. The position reports to the Regional Driver Manager. The compensation is $35.13 USD per hour, plus bonus and benefits. The posted compensation reflects base salary only and excludes bonuses, benefits, pension contributions, and other incentives. Specific salary details can be discussed during the hiring process.

Requirements

Minimum two (2) years of recent tractor/tanker experience
Minimum one (1) year of recent tanker experience
Must have a valid Commercial Driver's License, CDL Class A, with appropriate hazmat and tanker endorsements
A clean driving record for the past three (3) years
Be physically qualified to drive a motor vehicle and provide a valid medical card
Be able to provide proof of experience or training to operate the type of motor vehicle used by Chemtrade safely

Responsibilities

Load, transfer, and unload raw product from a tanker truck
Transport and unload chemicals into customers’ tanks safely and with the required paperwork
Safely handle hoses during loading and unloading
Perform pre and post-trip inspections
Comply with all Company, Customer Federal, State, and Local laws, rules and regulations
Become familiar with plant operating procedures
Other duties as assigned
