This role involves loading, transferring, and unloading raw product from a tanker truck, transporting and unloading chemicals into customers’ tanks safely with the required paperwork, and safely handling hoses during loading and unloading. The position also requires performing pre and post-trip inspections and complying with all Company, Customer Federal, State, and Local laws, rules and regulations. Becoming familiar with plant operating procedures is also part of the role, along with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum two (2) years of recent tractor/tanker experience
Minimum one (1) year of recent tanker experience
Must have a valid Commercial Driver's License, CDL Class A, with appropriate hazmat and tanker endorsements
A clean driving record for the past three (3) years
Be physically qualified to drive a motor vehicle and provide a valid medical card
Be able to provide proof of experience or training to operate the type of motor vehicle used by Chemtrade safely

Responsibilities

Load, transfer, and unload raw product from a tanker truck
Transport and unload chemicals into customers’ tanks safely and with the required paperwork
Safely handle hoses during loading and unloading
Perform pre and post-trip inspections
Comply with all Company, Customer Federal, State, and Local laws, rules and regulations
Become familiar with plant operating procedures
Other duties as assigned
