About The Position

The Tank Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining frac tanks and related equipment, and assisting with their delivery and pickup. The role also includes preparing tanks for service, responding to service calls, tracking equipment availability, and supporting Field Technicians on larger jobs.

Responsibilities

• Works with ethics, honesty, values, and integrity and demonstrates professionalism.
• Repairs and maintains frac tanks.
• Prepares tanks for delivery and pickup.
• Takes service calls.
• Tracks assets and identifies which items in the yard are ready to rent or down.
• Assists Field Technicians with larger jobs, including RU/RD and hot work.
• Operates Company vehicles and equipment in accordance with policy and safety procedures.
• Completes required monthly safety and equipment-related training.
• Answers the Company-issued cell phone during on-call hours in accordance with Company and safety policies.
• Performs other duties, responsibilities, or tasks assigned by the supervisor.
