About The Position

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable, hands-on Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair propane systems so residential and commercial customers’ homes and businesses remain safe and operational. The technician serves as a customer-facing representative, responding to service needs and providing prompt, reliable support. The position pays $30.00 per hour to start, depending on experience and qualifications. The job includes local routes, with employees home every night.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States.
• Must not now or in the future require sponsorship for an employment visa.

Nice To Haves

• Three or more years of related service or technical experience.
• CDL Class B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain propane systems and equipment for residential and commercial customers.
• Respond to emergency calls and perform system testing to ensure safety compliance.
• Safely load, transport, and deliver propane as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and sharing safety and service information.
• Assist with appliance service and deliveries when needed based on customer demand.
