About The Position

This role involves hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and ensuring operational stability for Tandem/Pathway systems. The developer will be responsible for developing, debugging, and maintaining code within a large corporate environment, utilizing modern programming and database query languages. A strong understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is essential. The position also requires knowledge of emerging software technologies and technical processes.

Requirements

8–12 years of relevant experience working on Tandem/Pathway
Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming languages and database query languages
Strong coding skills in one or more programming languages
Experience across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Exposure to Agile methodologies, including: CI/CD, Application Resiliency, Scrum, JIRA, Bitbucket
Knowledge of COBOL, SCOBOL, and TACL
Hands-on experience with: Tandem Pathway, Batchcom, Netbatch, FUP, KLIST, Enform, SQL Queries
Strong banking domain knowledge, particularly: Card processing, Payment processing, Payment brands such as VISA and Mastercard

Nice To Haves

Experience with POS Simulators and payment brand simulators such as VISA, Mastercard, Discover, etc.
Knowledge of Control-M, C++, Python, and Java
Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
Exposure to cloud technologies
