About The Position

We are seeking a talent technologist and user experience professional who is passionate about creating exceptional employee and candidate experiences through technology, data, and innovation. This role serves as the primary functional lead for Workday Learning and will support the administration and optimization of Workday Recruiting, while helping shape a skills-based, AI-ready workforce. Reporting to the Director, Talent, you will partner across the People & Culture team and with business leaders to optimize talent technology, improve workforce readiness, and drive operational excellence. Through system administration, analytics, process design, and emerging technology adoption, you will play a critical role in advancing how we attract, develop, and retain talent. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leveraging technology to solve business challenges, improve user experiences, generate actionable insights, and continuously enhance talent processes. You are equally comfortable managing day-to-day system operations and identifying opportunities to improve how work gets done. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Talent Technology & Experience Serve as the primary functional lead for Workday Learning and support the administration and optimization of Workday Recruiting. Partner with business leaders to translate organizational needs into scalable talent strategies, processes, and workflows that improve efficiency, consistency, and user experience. Design, evaluate, and continuously improve talent system experiences for employees, learners, recruiters, and hiring managers through platform optimization, business process design, system configuration, reporting enhancements, communications, and workflow improvements, partnering with IT when needed. Serve as a key partner in promoting accurate, consistent talent data entry by ensuring business processes, documentation, governance practices, and adoption support enable effective use of talent platforms. Learning & Workforce Readiness Create and support an engaging, learner-centered environment that helps employees build skills and adapt to changing business needs. Partner with stakeholders to develop and maintain learning pathways, curricula, career development frameworks, and workforce readiness initiatives. Administer and maintain learning content, learning paths, curricula, and certifications within Workday Learning to support effective program delivery, learner experience and compliance tracking. Monitor learner engagement, completion rates, and adoption metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Evaluate learning effectiveness and provide insights to improve learning outcomes and business impact. Recruiting Operations & Candidate Experience Support recruiting operations within Workday Recruiting, ensuring efficient and effective hiring workflows. Assist with requisition management, job postings, candidate workflows, interview processes, and offer-related activities. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and People & Culture team members to create a seamless candidate experience. Maintain recruiting data integrity and support process improvements that enhance hiring effectiveness and efficiency. Monitor and report on key recruiting metrics, including Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, Source Effectiveness, Internal Referrals, Agency Utilization, Candidate Response Time, and other talent acquisition KPIs. Talent Analytics & Reporting Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytics within Workday. Analyze learning, recruiting, and workforce data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Deliver actionable insights that support business decisions and talent strategy. Partner with stakeholders to establish meaningful metrics that measure organizational effectiveness and workforce readiness. AI & Emerging Technology Enablement Partner with Talent Leaders, Hiring Leaders, and IT to optimize AI-enabled solutions that enhance learning experiences, recruiting effectiveness, and operational efficiency. Stay informed on emerging capabilities within Workday and adjacent technologies, recommending opportunities to improve employee and candidate experiences. Support the adoption of new technologies that improve productivity, workforce readiness, and talent outcomes. Contribute to the development of an AI-ready workforce by helping employees effectively leverage technology to accelerate learning and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Talent Development, Learning & Development, Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Technology, or related functions.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Workday Learning.
  • Experience supporting or working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workday Recruiting.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Experience supporting platform optimization, business process improvement, reporting, and data quality initiatives.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience evaluating learning effectiveness using Kirkpatrick or similar measurement frameworks.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
  • Experience supporting skills-based talent development, career pathways, or workforce planning initiatives.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools or technologies to improve learning, recruiting, reporting, or operational workflows.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
