About The Position

American Tower is seeking a Director of Data and Analytics, Product Experience to join its Data and Analytics team. This role is responsible for delivering enterprise data platforms, AI capabilities, and analytics solutions that drive business value. The Product Experience group focuses on ensuring that data and analytics capabilities are intuitive, high quality, and widely adopted by business users. This includes user experience design, product strategy, enablement, communications, and value realization programs. The Director will partner across the enterprise to translate business needs into seamless, user-centric data and AI experiences that support decision-making and operational efficiency. Requirements

• Experience in a Director-level role within Data and Analytics, Product Experience, or a related field.
• Proven ability to deliver enterprise data platforms, AI capabilities, and analytics solutions.
• Experience in user experience design, product strategy, enablement, and communications.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of data-driven decision making and operational efficiency.
