Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership across the Firm to build and execute a firmwide talent strategy
  • Design and implement programs across the full employee lifecycle—from recruiting through development and retention
  • Lead high-potential and leadership development initiatives
  • Build scalable, practical systems that help managers and teams succeed
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve how we develop our people
