About The Position

The Talent Strategy Intern will support Perry Homes’ company-wide talent initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in talent management, employee development, and organizational strategy. This role will assist in executing talent programs, analyzing workforce data, and contributing to projects that support employee growth and internal mobility.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma and current enrollment in university required.
  • Requires 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Some analyst experience preferred.
  • The ability to interpret cost analytics to identify inaccuracies, trends, and saving opportunities.
  • Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of enterprise talent initiatives across multiple regions and departments.
  • Contribute to the development of career paths and employee development resources for corporate staff.
  • Track and organize data related to talent development programs, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations on talent metrics and program effectiveness.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
