About The Position

The Talent Specialist manages the full recruitment life cycle for positions at all levels across assigned sites within Temple University Health System. The role independently sources, screens, and interviews candidates, verifies credentials, and partners with hiring managers to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies and action plans. The Talent Specialist builds sustainable talent pipelines to maintain a continuous flow of qualified candidates and leverages the TUHS brand to market opportunities to active and passive job seekers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Three years of talent acquisition experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with applicant tracking systems, candidate assessment tools, and HRIS platforms.
• Healthcare experience.
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
