About The Position

What we're looking for We provide recruitment solutions to a wide range of clients, and right now we need someone to help us source international candidates for one of them. You'll use LinkedIn Recruiter and your own tenacity to identify, connect with, and qualify candidates interested in moving to NZ. We work with our clients to develop their story, so you'll have a clear message to attract the right people. We'll be targeting candidates in Australia, the UK and North America, so you'll need to make some calls outside NZ office hours. This is a part-time role (20 hours/week), 12-month contract. You choose your hours. If you're keen to pick up more hours down the track, there's scope to add sourcing work for other clients in different sectors. The role is fully remote. We'd prefer someone based in Auckland or Wellington so you can pop into our Auckland CBD or Petone offices now and then.

Requirements

Expertise sourcing international candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
Curiosity and openness to learn about roles across different sectors
Tenacity to find candidates across a wide range of communities
Comfort calling candidates outside normal NZ hours (UK and North American time zones)
Well organised, self-motivated, and happy working from home
Based in Auckland or Wellington (so you can join us in the office sometimes)

Responsibilities
