About The Position

As a BCG X Talent Sourcer, you will support the identification and engagement of top talent for BCG. You’ll build foundational sourcing skills, develop an understanding of the consulting talent market, and work closely with recruiters and sourcers to help deliver high-impact hires. You will play a vital role in bringing premier talent across distinct roles and functions into the organization, enabling BCG to deliver client solutions that have lasting impact on companies, industries, and society.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of talent sourcing experience, ideally gained in agency, professional services, or in-house with an international organization
Proven experience sourcing technical talent (software/data engineers, data scientists, AI/ML roles) strongly preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
Excellent time and project management skills. You have clear systems and composure to deal with high-volume recruiting, with a great attention to detail and accuracy
Strong intellectual curiosity. You’re eager to learn, ask questions, and deepen your understanding of talent markets, roles, and business context.
Creative and solutions-oriented mindset. You approach challenges thoughtfully and proactively, looking for ways to improve outcomes and think beyond the obvious.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt both for audience
Naturally proactive, quality-driven and an ownership mentality
Ability to travel up to 10% expected

Nice To Haves

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, iCIMS and/or Eightfold a plus

Responsibilities

Build robust and high-quality talent pipelines with a primary focus on technical talent, including AI-focused roles (Forward Deployed AI Scientists, Forward Deployed AI Engineers) and broader tech and product roles (Product Managers, Solution Analysts, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, UX Designers)
Use a variety of sourcing methods (e.g., LinkedIn, Eightfold, social media) to identify pools of talent for unique, competitive, or difficult to fill roles
Gain a deep understanding of the talent landscape for roles; build a competitive intelligence knowledge base of companies and candidates residing within those companies
Collaborate closely and provide support for talent acquisition recruiters to identify top talent, by executing on desired sourcing strategy; maintain flexibility to provide support in other topic areas depending on evolving and changing needs
Work with Talent Sourcing Senior Manager to maintain clear understanding of all current and potential openings. Deliver the quality and quantity of candidates to support open requisitions within reasonable and requested time frames
Manage talent pool activity and share data-centric updates with recruiters for broader communication with internal stakeholders
Perform initial contact and conduct preliminary screenings with candidates at the direction of the Talent Sourcing Senior Manager
Be flexible to engage in sourcing initiatives across BCG’s experienced and specialty roles as needed
Work as part of the broader Experienced and Specialty Talent team that includes multiple cohorts, led by a Talent Acquisition Senior Director
