If this excites you more than it scares you, you are in the right place. The Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will work closely with TA Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and build strong candidate pipelines across Engineering, Product, Go-to-Market, Business, and other functions. You will identify and engage relevant talent, manage early candidate communication and qualification, and coordinate suitable candidates for their first conversation with our TA team.

Requirements

5 + years of experience in talent sourcing or full-cycle recruitment with a strong sourcing focus.
Experience sourcing for technical, product, business, or go-to-market roles.
Strong Boolean and X-ray search skills and confidence using various sourcing tools.
Strong candidate communication, organisation, and ownership.
Strong written English.

Nice To Haves

Experience with complex, niche, or hard-to-fill searches is a plus.
Practical use of AI tools for sourcing, research, or outreach.
Russian is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with TA Partners and Hiring Managers on role requirements and sourcing strategy.
Source and engage candidates for a variety of technical and business roles.
Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines.
Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search, online communities, referrals, social platforms, and AI-enabled tools.
Research relevant companies, markets, and niche talent pools.
Keep candidate information and pipeline status up to date in our ATS.
Share market insights and sourcing ideas with the TA team.
