We are fonio.ai — a phone AI that sounds human and handles entire calls autonomously. Our customers use it for customer service, appointment scheduling, and much more. Since launching just over a year ago, more than 6,000 businesses have built on our platform. We're scaling hard. Our team is growing from 32 to 70–100 people by end of year — across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations. To make that happen, we're building a high-performance recruiting function in-house for the first time. You'll be one of the first sourcing hires on that team — working directly with our Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Lead to fill the top of our pipeline with the right people, fast. The Role As a Talent Sourcer at fonio , your job is simple on paper and hard in practice: find the right people before anyone else does. You'll own the top of the funnel across multiple open roles simultaneously — researching markets, building boolean searches, identifying high-potential candidates on LinkedIn and beyond, adding them to Ashby, writing personalized outreach, and running multi-touch sequences until you get a response. This is a high-volume, high-quality role. We don't want spray-and-pray. We want targeted, researched, thoughtful outreach — at scale.
