About The Position

trainwell is a national training company that partners with top-tier insurance agencies to help them grow. We provide sales systems, accountability, and performance training. As we launch a new recruiting division to meet our clients’ hiring needs, we are building a specialized team. We are looking for a dedicated Sourcer to focus on the most critical part of the hiring process: finding the right people. This is a specialized sourcing role. You will partner directly with our Recruiters to identify and engage passive talent for high-priority insurance roles, specifically Insurance Producers (Sales), Account Managers, and hybrid Producer/CSR roles. Your focus is on building talent pipelines, not on managing the full recruitment cycle. If you are a detective who loves the hunt and enjoys starting conversations with hard-to-find candidates, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience sourcing or recruiting licensed and pre-licensed insurance professionals (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health), with a proven ability to find candidates beyond traditional job boards.
  • Comfortable with high outreach volumes and persistent in follow-up.
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging outreach messages.
  • Confident conducting brief phone screens.
  • Highly organized and able to track sourcing activity, response rates, and candidate pipelines.
  • Eager to learn the nuances of insurance roles.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox AI, industry groups, niche job boards, and other creative search methodologies to identify qualified candidates for insurance agency roles.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive talent for key roles, with a specific focus on candidates with experience in captive and independent agencies.
  • Craft and send compelling, personalized messages that convert prospects into applicants. Engage passive talent, build interest, and drive candidates to apply for opportunities with our partner agencies.
  • Research and identify key talent pools in different geographic regions to support our partner agencies’ needs.
