About The Position

Spekit is seeking its first dedicated Talent Sourcer to join the People team. This role will initially focus on core responsibilities such as research, sourcing, coordination, system maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of the hiring process. As the company grows, this position has the potential to expand, involving contributions to hiring strategy, process improvement, and taking ownership of recruitment for specific roles. The Talent Sourcer will report directly to the Head of People and gain exposure to various aspects of talent acquisition, candidate evaluation, and team building within a high-growth startup environment.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative, recruiting, HR, operations, or a coordination-heavy role
  • Exceptional organizational skills — you can juggle multiple open roles and moving pieces without dropping the ball
  • Strong written communication; you know how to write an outreach message that gets a response
  • Comfort working in an ATS and picking up new tools quickly
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach! You’re energized by supporting others and making the process run smoothly
  • An interest in leveraging AI tools to work more efficiently and surface better candidates over time
  • Curiosity about recruiting and a desire to grow your craft over time

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools

Responsibilities

  • Support sourcing efforts across all active roles: researching candidates, understanding market trends, building pipelines, and drafting outreach messages on LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Own interview scheduling end-to-end, coordinating across candidates and hiring managers with care and efficiency
  • Maintain our ATS, ensuring candidate records, stages, and notes are accurate and up to date
  • Serve as a responsive point of contact for candidates throughout the process, keeping them informed and engaged
  • Assist with job description drafting and posting roles across relevant job boards
  • Over time, take on increasing ownership of full-cycle recruiting for defined roles
