Chainlink Labs is looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer to help identify, engage, and attract exceptional talent across our Business & Enablement functions. This role will focus primarily on sourcing and talent mapping for GTM, Marketing, Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and other strategic business functions, while occasionally supporting technical hiring initiatives. We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, highly analytical, and passionate about uncovering hard-to-find talent. You'll partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, build talent strategies, conduct deep market research, and engage prospective candidates through a combination of traditional and modern sourcing approaches. The ideal candidate combines strong research skills, creativity, persistence, and a data-driven mindset with a genuine interest in understanding how businesses and talent markets operate.
