About The Position

Per Scholas seeks a Talent Solutions Intern to cultivate a pipeline of employers interested in hiring multiple Per Scholas graduates for IT jobs. This off-campus Federal Work Study role offers currently enrolled students an opportunity to raise awareness of Per Scholas among businesses and employers and build sustainable talent pipelines between employers and graduates. The position is suited to someone with marketing, sales, or business development experience, or someone looking to develop those skills. The role is based at Per Scholas, 231 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30303. Applicants must be enrolled at DeVry/Keller, in good academic standing with a GPA of at least 2.0, taking a minimum of six credits per semester, and eligible for Federal Work Study funds. The successful candidate is proactive, organized, collaborative, and interested in technology and Per Scholas’s mission of expanding access to well-paying careers and recruiting talent from diverse communities.

Requirements

Working toward a degree in Talent Acquisition, Sales, Human Resources, or Business Development.
Must be an enrolled student at DeVry/Keller.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be a current student in good standing with a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
Must be enrolled in a minimum of six credits per semester.
Must be eligible for Federal Work Study funds.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-directed and motivated.
Collaborative and flexible work style; able to work cross-functionally and independently.
Good presentation and public speaking skills.
Organized and detail-oriented, with consistent follow-through on tasks and projects.
Interested in technology and keeping current on trends.
Supports Per Scholas’s mission of expanding access to well-paying career positions and recognizing and recruiting talent from diverse sources.
