The Talent Services Coordinator is responsible for executing key Talent Services processes across the employee lifecycle. This role processes HR transactions, responds to employee inquiries, supports HR technologies, maintains data integrity across systems, and provides administrative and operational support across Talent & Development.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in Human Resources Operations, Shared Services, or a related administrative or customer support role.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, or similar systems.
Experience supporting employee inquiries in a shared services, help desk, case management, or ticketing environment.

Responsibilities

Supporting employee lifecycle operations by processing HR transactions related to hiring, onboarding, talent movement, headcount changes, terminations and more, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established processes.
Providing employee support through Workday Help and other Talent Services channels, responding to employee inquiries, resolving entry-level cases, educating employees on available resources, policies, and procedures, and promoting a self-service culture.
Maintaining data integrity across Workday and related systems through ongoing data entry, validation, and recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits, proactively identifying discrepancies, resolving data issues, and ensuring the accuracy of employee and organizational data.
Providing administrative and systems support across Talent & Development, including learning administration (course creation, enrollments, attendance tracking, and travel requests), talent administration (position and requisition creation, personnel changes), and recruiting administration (referral bonus processing, sign-on bonus processing, and external job board audits).
Supporting operational excellence across the team by delivering accurate, efficient, and consistent support, assisting with compliance-related activities, contributing to process and service improvements, and supporting cross-functional Talent & Development initiatives and projects.
