As a Talent Relations Specialist, you'll be the trusted connection between our employees and our clients. Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Experience in customer service, recruiting, employee relations, staffing, human resources, or a related field
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruiting technology
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality with a passion for helping people succeed
  • A valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally as needed

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with talent and clients by providing exceptional customer service, answering employment-related questions, and resolving concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Recruit, interview, and match qualified candidates with client opportunities using recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, networking, and social media.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, orientations, employment documentation, timesheet processing, and compliance to ensure a smooth and positive experience from hire through assignment.
