The Talent Relations Approvals Coordinator plays a critical role within the Talent Relations department, primarily supporting the internal functions relating to talent likeness approvals, contract redlines, revisions, edits, and the execution of sports and entertainment talent licensing agreements across the Company’s trading card and memorabilia products. This position serves as the key liaison between internal teams and external talent representatives to facilitate approvals, ensure contractual requirements are met, and support the successful delivery of content and products in a timely manner featuring athletes, entertainers, and other pop-culture talent. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding and passion for sports, entertainment, and pop culture, with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while working collaboratively across departments including Legal, Content, Brand, Marketing, Project Management, and Finance.
