About The Position

The Talent Project Manager provides project management, program coordination, and operational execution support for enterprise talent initiatives that advance Reynolds Consumer Products’ talent strategy. This role supports the translation of talent priorities into clear plans, timelines, stakeholder actions, communications, and measurable deliverables across early careers, competency enablement, learning and development, and leadership development. The role reports to the director of Organizational Development, and partners closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, plant teams, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure talent programs are delivered with consistency, quality, and an employee-centered experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, Education, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, HR program management, talent management, learning and development, organizational development, or a related function.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create polished communications, executive summaries, meeting materials, and employee-facing resources.
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage details, follow through on commitments, prioritize competing work, and maintain project documentation.
  • Experience working with HR processes, talent programs, learning programs, performance management, or employee development initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Leads assigned project planning to include creating workplans, timelines, stakeholder maps, project trackers, status updates, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Coordinates cross-functional project activities to ensure talent initiatives are delivered on time, at the expected quality level, and aligned to enterprise priorities and employee experience goals.
  • Supports processes that improve consistency, scalability, and adoption of talent.
  • Maintains project dashboards, action logs, scorecards, and updates to provide visibility to progress, risks, decisions needed, and outcomes.
  • Leads the execution, and continuous improvement of the Early Careers Program for current and future functional paths.
  • Coordinates program infrastructure such as rotation schedules, cohort touchpoints, onboarding logistics, development milestones, leader engagement, participant communications, and end-of-rotation deliverables.
  • Partners with HR, managers, functional leaders, and participants to create a consistent and high-quality experience for interns, rotational program participants, and recent graduates.
  • Tracks program progress, participant milestones, feedback themes, risks, and improvement opportunities to support program governance and long-term scalability.
  • Provides project support for role success profile development, competency mapping, interview guides, development resources, and manager-facing tools.
  • Ensures talent architecture materials are organized, version-controlled, and accessible to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Supports the ongoing buildout of RCP University, including learning calendars, course logistics, program communications, facilitator coordination, learner resources, and reporting.
  • Coordinates learning initiatives such as leadership development, feedback training, performance management education, and Academy support.
  • Assists with vendor management activities, including scheduling, deliverable tracking, logistics, participant data, invoice coordination, and evaluation summaries.
  • Supports learning measurement by collecting participation data, feedback survey results, completion status, and shares themes to for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborates with team to develop and coordinate practical resources such as guides, job aids, templates, intranet content, FAQs, meeting materials, and executive-ready summaries.
  • Supports adoption and sustainment of tools and resources that help employees and managers give feedback, develop talent, and drive performance.
  • Works with HR, Communications, business leaders, plant teams, and external partners to align project execution to business needs and audience expectations.
  • Prepares concise, polished, and audience-appropriate communications, meeting materials, presentations, launch plans, and follow-up actions.
  • Facilitates project meetings, captures decisions and actions, follows up with owners, and escalates risks or barriers when needed.
  • Maintains a service-oriented approach while balancing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
