This role bridges the gap between research insights (skills taxonomies, evaluation frameworks, talent models) and the teams who need to act on them, turning complex science into usable products for HR and business leaders. This is not zero to one invention work or horizontal platform building. It is taking validated proofs of concept and making them real, scalable solutions for specific talent problems in our business.
