Requirements
- DEP: electricity, electromechanics, industrial mechanics, line installation (overhead/underground), civil/construction, or any other training related to the operation and maintenance of facilities
- DEC: All relevant technical disciplines including electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering
- Bachelor's degree: All engineering fields, specifically electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering (or related fields)
- Experience in operations management, project management, or supervision of technical or professional teams
