Under general supervision, responsible for the recruitment, assessment, and selection of top-tier talent within the electrical construction industry. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and 2+ years of experience with full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing and assessing candidates, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience, preferred.
  • Experience with use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Lever experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with recruiting and assessing candidates for various business groups across multiple geographical locations.
  • Ability to provide consistent and high-quality service across multiple business units.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as general business periodicals, professional journals, or technical procedures/reports/documents.
  • Ability to write routine correspondence such as letters and memos.
  • Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations to internal and/or external clients of the firm.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instruction.
  • Constructive thinking and alternative short- to long-term solutions must be considered.
  • Action plans must be developed and implemented.
  • Capacity to identify issues, propose solutions, and escalate matters as needed.
  • Accurate documentation, record-keeping, and thorough review of materials.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and selection.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support various business groups across multiple geographical locations.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics and specific requirements.
  • Manage external job postings across various job platforms.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of PRIME’s college recruitment program; attend on-site events as necessary.
  • Serve as brand ambassador for PRIME.
  • Manage recruitment SWAG inventory.
  • Adhere to the PRIME Safety Program, complying with safety regulations, procedures and safe work practices.
  • Maintain a physical presence onsite and provide assistance to specific groups, managers and project management teams as needed.
