About The Position

Grade V Talent Partner Reports To: Senior HR Business Partner / HR Director Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment, HR role or talent acquisition A qualification Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related discipline Advanced Microsoft office skillset AND/ OR Experience within the Recruitment team within HSE/Tusla /Section 38 or 39 Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to compliance. The ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. Advanced Microsoft office skillset Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. Coordinate job advertisements, screening, shortlisting and interview activities. Act as the primary contact for candidates and hiring managers. Manage offer administration, pre-employment checks and onboarding activities. Process Garda Vetting, references, occupational health clearances and recruitment documentation. Ensure compliance with HIQA, GDPR and organisational policies. Support recruitment campaigns, workforce planning initiatives and employer branding activities. Maintain recruitment records, reports and performance metrics. Coordinate induction and onboarding programmes for new employees. Support audits, quality checks and continuous improvement initiatives.
