Position Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Talent Partner to join our growing People Operations (HR) team. The Talent Partner is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting candidates to interview and hire within the organization. A successful candidate will collaborate with department managers and HR Partners on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibility of the Talent Partner is to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. Additionally, the Talent Partner will assist with the candidate offer process and represent the organization at local career fairs and networking events to meet prospective candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, management, business, project management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a college recruiter, student placement representative, human resources; prior agency recruiting experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, student placement/campus recruiting, full-cycle talent acquisition, diversity recruitment, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably UltiPro/UKG.
  • Able to get up to speed quickly on what WellPower does as well as our value proposition and to be our advocate and “voice” in a highly competitive hiring market.
  • Experience running multiple requisitions and managing candidate relationships with the ability to quickly build credibility with hiring managers and the broader team.
  • Strong technical knowledge and keen interest in staying on top of current recruiting trends.
  • Solid track record developing Candidate pipeline and qualifying experience, specifically related to engaging and selling passive candidates.
  • Comfortable rolling up their sleeves and partnering with the HR team to drive process improvements and efficiency with our workflows.
  • Strong detail-orientation with the ability to lead multiple requisitions concurrently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial and cultural awareness, with high sensitivity to the social, economic, and political environment
  • Enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere of constant change.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting – Identify, source, screen, and submit candidates to hiring managers for job opportunities within the organization. Act as the liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders in order to provide an exceptional experience for all parties. Assist in the candidate offer and onboarding process.
  • Campus Recruiting/Student Placement – Partner with internal/external stakeholders to launch student placement programs and build placement opportunities throughout the organization. Identify job/internship fairs; plan & implement recruiting campaigns; develop recruiting presentations.
  • Staffing Agency Partnerships – Partner with various staffing agencies in order to assist with bringing on short-term/temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct hire opportunities. Act as the liaison between the hiring manager, staffing agency partner, and the candidate and help schedule interviews and extend offers.
  • Work in various recruitment software’s to assist with full-cycle recruitment activities as assigned, including but not limited to review resumes/applications, job fairs, initiating background checks, follow-up with applicants, attend recruitment meetings and provide customer service to hiring managers regarding the hiring process.
  • Source, recruit, interview, and present candidates by using a variety of sourcing channels, i.e.: job boards, databases, social media etc.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools.
  • Screens candidates making sure that only candidates who meet minimum qualifications are presented to hiring managers.
  • Extends offers to candidates in accordance with company policies and coordinates onboarding/new hire orientation for the respective new hire.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the recruitment & selection process.
  • Maintains a high level of communication with hiring managers about their candidate's status at every step in the process.
  • Train hiring managers how to navigate the Applicant Tracking System/or posts on behalf of hiring managers as necessary.
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work.”
  • Complete HR data entry and reporting as needed.
  • Maintains accurate job descriptions and job postings.
  • Help coordinate and participate in career fairs, conferences, seminars, meetings for recruiting purposes as well as general organizational recognition.
  • Serve as back-up for central office reception (breaks, occasionally lunch, and covering additional time in special circumstances/events).
  • Responsible for the overall success of student placement programs across the organization.
  • Will work with internal stakeholders, university and community college partners to launch student placement programs and build placement opportunities throughout the organization.
  • Attracts college graduates by identifying hiring needs of Wellpower programs; matching job requirements/student experiences with likely candidate sources; identifying job/internship fairs; planning and implementing recruiting campaigns; developing recruiting presentations; evaluating potential candidates' college educational achievements; referring qualified candidates to hiring manager; extending offers and on-boarding.
  • Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing.
  • Other duties as assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Director & VP of HR.
