Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of recruitment or sourcing experience, ideally within an agency or fast-paced in-house environment (SaaS experience is a bonus).
  • Experience in building pipelines of passive and active candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles, tasks, and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with hiring managers, peers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand the requirements and business impact of open role across our business
  • Support and execute sourcing strategies to build a strong and diverse pipeline of qualified candidates across a variety of roles
  • Hire talent across global regions, with a particular focus on supporting the ongoing growth and scaling of our Indore, India office.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to streamline sourcing, enhance screening efficiency, and identify high-potential talent.
  • Use AI and data insights to help improve search strategies, optimize job postings, and inform recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Conduct recruitment activities including prescreens, interview coordination, scheduling, and facilitation of assessments or testing where applicable.
  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines by leveraging sourcing tools, networking, referrals, and other creative methods.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate and internal stakeholder experience through timely communication, transparency, and organized process management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition records within Pinpoint - our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate within the Talent Acquisition team to share insights, improve processes, and help evolve our hiring methodologies, including innovative ideas and the adoption of AI-enabled practices.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the People & Talent team
