About The Position

Merge Labs is a frontier research lab with the mission of bridging biological and artificial intelligence to maximize human ability, agency and experience. We’re pursuing this goal by developing fundamentally new approaches to brain-computer interfaces that interact with the brain at high bandwidth, integrate with advanced AI, and are ultimately safe and accessible for anyone to use. About the team Merge Labs’ People team hires and develops extraordinary scientists, engineers, and operators, then build the systems that let them do the best work of their careers — rigorously, safely, and with deep focus and creativity. Our scope spans recruiting, talent development, manager enablement, org design, total rewards, and people operations. We are thought partners and bar-raisers: clear principles, evidence-based decisions, and respectful candor ensure that talent and culture compound into a long-term strategic advantage. About the role As Talent Partner, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting across highly diverse roles, from wet-lab scientists and research associates to ML engineers and hardware specialists. You will partner closely with hiring managers from initial scoping and sourcing to structured assessment and close.
