About The Position

This experienced Talent Partner role in the USA supports Early Careers, New Employee Onboarding, and enterprise Learning. The role designs, refines, and deploys people strategies, processes, and tools to ensure consistency, global alignment, and a seamless employee experience across the talent lifecycle. It also contributes to broader Talent & Development priorities such as Succession, Leadership, Culture, Employee Resource Groups, Employee Listening, and Performance Management.

Requirements

  • Applied experience in Talent & Development, including Early Career Programs, Learning, Onboarding, Career Planning, AI-enabled practices, and Performance Management.
  • Understanding of adjacent HR domains such as Talent Acquisition, University Relations, and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Consulting and critical thinking: diagnose root causes, synthesize data, and recommend evidence-based solutions with sound judgment.
  • Human-centered design and employee experience skills: use of personas, journey maps, and measurement approaches to create intuitive journeys and improve moments that matter.
  • Knowledge management: build structured content, tools, and repositories that support consistent global use.
  • Talent strategy: identify critical skills and design learning pathways for future-ready capabilities.
  • Change and adoption: lead communication, training, and engagement to enable program success and cultural adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and HR stakeholders to understand capability needs across Early Careers, Onboarding, and Learning, translating insights into strategies, roadmaps, and program recommendations.
  • Shape and maintain an inclusive Early Careers strategy (interns, graduates, rotational programs) and build learning pathways that accelerate readiness and mobility.
  • Optimize onboarding journeys using human-centered design, drive consistency and quality across markets, and refine key “moments that matter” in the first 180 days.
  • Co-design scalable Talent & Development frameworks, programs, processes, and tools with an AI-informed approach; lead or support deployments across markets and functions; monitor adoption and initiate improvements.
  • Lead communications and change initiatives; facilitate training and workshops; manage pilots and iterate based on feedback.
  • Curate and govern content; maintain high-quality documentation; uphold data privacy, compliance, and confidentiality standards.
