Requirements

High school diploma or GED
One to three years of similar or related experience
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer‑service mindset

Nice To Haves

Previous LMS administration experience preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics for virtual and in‑person training sessions, including scheduling, materials, room setup, and facilitator support
Manage training enrollment, attendance, completion tracking, evaluations, and required reporting
Serve as the primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, learning paths, user groups, and troubleshooting
Maintain accurate, organized training and learner data across systems
Partner with Compliance to coordinate required training and track completions
Coordinate orientation schedules and execute end‑to-end logistics, including communications, materials, room setup, and lunches
Draft and distribute clear, timely learner‑facing communications
Provide administrative and project support to the People & Culture / Talent Development team
