Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three years of similar or related experience
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer‑service mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Previous LMS administration experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in‑person training sessions, including scheduling, materials, room setup, and facilitator support
  • Manage training enrollment, attendance, completion tracking, evaluations, and required reporting
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, learning paths, user groups, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate, organized training and learner data across systems
  • Partner with Compliance to coordinate required training and track completions
  • Coordinate orientation schedules and execute end‑to-end logistics, including communications, materials, room setup, and lunches
  • Draft and distribute clear, timely learner‑facing communications
  • Provide administrative and project support to the People & Culture / Talent Development team
