About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Operations Coordinator to help deliver seamless support across the employee lifecycle. This role will focus on onboarding and recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and process administration, as well as offboarding and internal role changes. Kardium has developed a ground-breaking medical device for the diagnosis and treatment of the most common heart rhythm disorder, atrial fibrillation. We have obtained FDA approval and officially begun the commercial launch of the Globe® Pulsed Field System. This is a pivotal and exciting time in our journey, as we bring this life-changing technology to patients!

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of prior in-house recruitment coordination or HR administration experience
  • Strong familiarity with HRIS platforms (Dayforce preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Professional communication skills and a strong sense of discretion
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding activities: welcome communications, desk requests, Dayforce setup, documentation, and file creation
  • Support internal role changes: update HRIS records and work with Payroll, IT, and department managers
  • Manage offboarding processes: terminate records, notify key departments, and support exit logistics
  • Maintain and audit employee records: ensure updates in Dayforce reflect changes in title, reporting structure, salary, and personal details
  • Ad hoc administration tasks as required, e.g. travel support letters, survey requests
  • Support the recruitment lifecycle including job postings, interview scheduling, offer coordination and other recruitment-related tasks as required
  • Support HR programs such as swag (e.g., 3-month milestone gifts)
