We're looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in supporting HR operations while serving as the firm's Workday Time Tracking and Absence expert. In this role, you'll partner with HR, Payroll and HRIS to ensure accurate employee data, efficient timekeeping processes, and continuous improvements that support our global workforce and deliver outstanding service to our people.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, Payroll, Time & Attendance, or a related field.
  • Required experience with Workday, including Time Tracking, Absence, and Core HCM.
  • Strong understanding of timekeeping, payroll, and leave administration processes.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced attention to detail with experience auditing HR data.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting global workforce operations.
  • Knowledge of payroll integrations and timekeeping systems.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, including FLSA and leave administration.
  • Experience in a professional services or legal environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Workday Time Tracking and Absence.
  • Audit and resolve timekeeping, leave, and payroll-related discrepancies.
  • Maintain work schedules, holiday calendars, absence plans, and timekeeping configurations.
  • Support HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, including hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Ensure HR data accuracy, compliance, and process integrity.
  • Partner with Payroll, HRIS, and IT on system enhancements, testing, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Create reports, analyze workforce data, and provide operational insights.
  • Develop job aids, process documentation, and end-user training materials.
  • Provide exceptional support to employees and managers while helping improve HR processes and systems.
