Hospitality People Ops (HPO) is building a strong talent community in the hospitality industry. Joining the HPO Talent Network allows job seekers to be discovered by HPO's partner companies. This network is for individuals at all levels within the hospitality sector, including front-of-house and back-of-house roles, hotel operations and management, food and beverage staff, event planning and catering, sales, marketing, and revenue management, HR, finance, and corporate hospitality roles. It is open to both entry-level candidates and seasoned executives. The process involves completing an Employment Questionnaire, which adds the profile to the HPO Talent Network for review by HPO and its partner companies. Matches result in direct connections, and successful hires receive a $250 bonus. Information is kept confidential and shared only with HPO partner companies.
