About The Position

Industrial Pallet Corp. (IPC) is looking for a Talent Manager to help us find the right people, put them in the right seats, and strengthen the culture that makes IPC the Team of Choice. You'll own the candidate experience from first contact through onboarding — building pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and representing IPC in the community. This is a role for someone who believes recruiting is more than filling openings — it's about protecting culture and building a team that wins together.

Responsibilities

Own the candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
Build pipelines
Partner with hiring managers
Represent IPC in the community
Model and protect IPC's core values throughout the hiring process
Help identify the Ideal Team Player traits (Hungry, Humble, Smart) in every candidate
Partner with leaders to define clear expectations and success metrics for each role
Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with IPC's workforce needs
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, schools, and community partnerships
Write compelling job descriptions and recruiting materials
Track metrics like time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and retention
Assist in developing and maintaining a competitive compensation strategy
Keep hiring managers and candidates informed and aligned throughout the process
Set clear expectations on timelines, interviews, and decisions
Deliver honest feedback and navigate tough conversations professionally
Build relationships with schools, workforce organizations, and community partners
Representing IPC at job fairs, career events, and community gatherings
Use social media to showcase IPC's culture and open opportunities
