About The Position

At Design Group, you'll collaborate with business leaders, People Team partners, and talent development professionals to strengthen leadership capability, accelerate talent readiness, and support the long-term growth of our organization. You'll help translate talent priorities into scalable programs and experiences that develop team members, strengthen internal pipelines, and reinforce a high-performance culture. As a Talent Program Manager, you'll partner closely with the Talent Development Leader and key stakeholders across the business to design, implement, and continuously improve talent programs that support leadership development, onboarding, performance management, and career growth. In this role, you'll lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of talent programs that strengthen organizational capability and support critical talent pipelines. You'll work with leaders and People Team partners to deliver meaningful development experiences, manage talent processes, and use data-driven insights to improve program effectiveness and employee readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in talent development, leadership development, learning and development, talent management, or related areas
  • Experience designing and leading talent initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Experience using data, feedback, and business insights to assess program effectiveness and make recommendations
  • Experience managing complex projects, stakeholders, timelines, and multiple priorities simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • AEC, engineering, professional services, or consulting industry experience
  • Experience supporting leadership development, performance management, or succession planning programs
  • Experience using learning technologies, talent systems, AI tools, or digital platforms to enhance development experiences

Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and continuously improve talent programs that strengthen leadership capability and internal talent pipelines
  • Lead development programs such as leadership acceleration, director development, technical licensure, and early talent initiatives
  • Translate business and talent needs into structured learning experiences, development plans, milestones, and program outcomes
  • Manage talent programs from design through execution, stakeholder engagement, measurement, and continuous improvement
  • Analyze participant data, feedback, and business insights to evaluate program effectiveness and readiness outcomes
  • Oversee the annual performance cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end reviews, and performance calibrations
  • Develop communications, tools, resources, timelines, and guidance that support consistent execution of talent processes
  • Design and enhance onboarding experiences that accelerate readiness for key talent populations and leadership roles
  • Manage the individual development planning process and create resources that support career growth conversations
  • Partner with business leaders and People Team stakeholders to deliver practical leadership development experiences and learning solutions
  • Leverage technology, AI tools, and process improvements to enhance program delivery, efficiency, and participant experience
