The Talent Manager is responsible for leading talent acquisition operations, overseeing the organization’s applicant tracking system (iCIMS), and managing a team of HR Specialists responsible for new hire onboarding. The Talent Manager partners closely with Operations, Property Leadership, and Corporate Departments to optimize recruiting workflows, improve candidate experience, enhance onboarding effectiveness, and leverage data-driven insights to support workforce planning and organizational objectives.
