Talent Manager (Contract Finance & Accounting)
About The Position
Talent Managers work in a team environment and negotiate and develop business with new and current clients. They market Robert Half’s services by telephone, video, and in-person meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers in accounting and finance departments. The role also recruits, interviews, and matches accounting and finance professionals with client projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities; manages ongoing engagements to provide strong customer service to clients and candidates; provides candidates with ongoing communication and career guidance; and participates in local trade association and networking events to increase Robert Half’s presence in the local business community. The typical salary range is $70,304 to $94,000, negotiable depending on experience and location. The role is eligible for a bonus based on performance objectives.
Requirements
- At least two years of business development experience in a metrics-driven environment.
- At least one year of success developing new business in a multi-call, multi-decision-maker environment.
- Prior success marketing to and closing top-level decision-makers at small or medium-sized businesses and cultivating mutually beneficial long-term relationships.
- Working knowledge of a current Windows operating system, Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel—and a contact management application such as Salesforce.
- Knowledge of and familiarity with accounting and finance department operations.
- A positive attitude and an engaging, businesslike approach.
