About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Talent Manager to oversee and guide our talent acquisition and development efforts across the group. The Talent Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and nurturing high-potential candidates, building strong relationships, and ensuring that all talent management strategies align with the organization’s goals. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful integration and continuous development of talent within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies.
  • Source and recruit candidates using various platforms, databases, and networks.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  • Improve recruitment processes as the business needs and grows.
  • Identify training and development needs for employees and create programs that foster personal and professional growth.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support for employees’ career paths.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to establish succession planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, job fairs, and recruitment drives.
  • Act as a point of contact for talent-related inquiries and issues.
  • Develop and oversee performance evaluation systems.
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for talent development initiatives.
  • Regularly assess talent pool and workforce needs.
  • Promote the company’s culture and values through employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure the organization is positioned as an employer of choice in the market.
  • Ensure all recruitment and talent management processes comply with relevant regulations and best practices.
