This role independently supports Talent Management programs that enhance learning, performance, and employee engagement across the organization. The position ensures program consistency, data accuracy, and effective communication that improves the overall employee experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline. OR (6) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree. OR No experience required in lieu of Masters Degree.
  • Human Resources (Bachelor's degree) or Organizational Development (Bachelor's degree) or Related Field of Study (Bachelor's degree). Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered.
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.

Responsibilities

  • Administer learning, performance, and engagement programs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Manage learning and performance data within talent systems, maintaining data integrity and reporting accuracy
  • Partner with subject matter experts to coordinate course development and assignments
  • Compile and analyze participation data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Support the rollout of communications and materials for learning and engagement programs
  • Recommend process enhancements that increase program efficiency and accessibility
  • Build collaborative relationships across HR and business functions to ensure program success
  • Contribute to maintaining consistent standards across Talent Management systems
