In this role, you will lead the execution and continuous improvement of Vizient’s enterprise Talent Management programs, including performance management, talent and succession planning, career development, and skills-based workforce initiatives. You will partner with HR Business Partners, People Team Centers of Excellence, Analytics, HR Technology, and business leaders to deliver integrated Talent Management solutions that strengthen workforce decisions and organizational capability. You will provide strategic consultation, lead cross-functional initiatives, leverage talent data to drive actionable insights, and advance innovative practices that enhance the leader and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree preferred in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience leading enterprise Talent Management programs, workforce transformation, or organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence leaders across all organizational levels.
  • Experience using workforce data and analytics to develop insights and recommendations that support business decisions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity, analysis, and content development preferred.
  • Experience with Workday or similar Human Capital Management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution and continuous improvement of enterprise Talent Management programs, including performance management, talent and succession planning, career development, and workforce skills initiatives.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, People Team Centers of Excellence, Analytics, HR Technology, and business leaders to deliver integrated Talent Management solutions.
  • Provide strategic consultation and guidance to leaders and HR partners on talent, performance, succession planning, career development, and workforce skills.
  • Analyze talent and workforce data to identify trends, develop insights, and support informed workforce decisions.
  • Develop executive-level presentations, dashboards, communications, and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve Talent Management processes, technology adoption, and the leader and employee experience.
  • Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning discussions, and other enterprise talent forums that strengthen organizational capability.
  • Develop communications, tools, and resources that increase awareness, understanding, and adoption of Talent Management practices.
  • Advance Vizient’s skills-based organization strategy by integrating workforce skills into Talent Management processes and programs.
  • Stay informed on emerging Talent Management trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
