Our 12-week paid internship program is designed to provide real-world industry exposure, strengthen your professional and technical skills, and help prepare you for a successful career. Throughout the program, you will collaborate with experienced professionals, build valuable relationships across the organization, and take on work that makes a measurable impact. You will also have access to mentoring opportunities and professional development resources to support your growth and career aspirations. Internship Objective The objective of this internship is to provide hands-on experience in enterprise talent and performance management while contributing to the continuous improvement of programs that support employees and managers. The intern will analyze experience data, support annual talent processes, and develop recommendations to improve program efficiency, consistency, adoption, and user experience. In addition, the intern will support the Rise@Hardie internship program through program coordination, evaluations, and feedback collection while serving as an ambassador for the intern cohort. The internship will culminate in a capstone project that delivers a practical, scalable improvement for the Talent, Culture & Engagement function. By the end of the internship, the intern will: Demonstrate understanding of enterprise talent management and performance management practices. Deliver actionable recommendations supported by data and stakeholder feedback. Independently manage a defined project workstream. Build effective partnerships with HR, Talent, and business stakeholders. Present findings and recommendations to Talent, Culture & Engagement leaders.
