About The Position

Join our dynamic Talent & Learning team and play a crucial role in supporting the development needs of our US employees. This position involves extensive program and project management across various learning initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in project management, learning management, and talent management.
  • Experience in program management and shared services.
  • Ability to handle training logistics and learning evaluations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordination with other teams to meet training logistics needs.
  • Experience in summarizing and reporting on learner evaluations and faculty feedback.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related learning discipline.
  • 5-10 years of experience in program/project management within a corporate environment, ideally with a focus on learning programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Familiarity with the MS-Teams environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in facilitation is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support talent management process activities.
  • Lead program management of leadership programs, including communications, project management, follow-up on attendance issues, evaluation, and reporting.
  • Assist the learning Shared Services partner team in scheduling, materials preparation, and learning logistics, ensuring the learning environment is prepared, including rosters, attendance, materials, speakers, facility setup, and food.
  • Lead nomination process for multiple leader/manager programs.
  • Support the implementation of new learning programs.
  • Report and present on program evaluations.
  • Assist with ongoing project and process work requiring project management or coordination.
  • Perform other talent and learning associated duties as assigned.
