The Talent Intelligence Manager leads the strategy, development, and delivery of workforce intelligence, talent analytics, and labor market insights to inform talent planning, acquisition, and development across the organization. This role transforms complex data into actionable insights, enabling leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions. The position owns the end-to-end talent data lifecycle, including defining data requirements, partnering with analytics to ensure proper system configuration and data capture, and overseeing how data is structured, stored, validated, and maintained. This role translates business needs into data solutions by partnering with stakeholders to track key metrics, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure accurate, complete, and reliable reporting related to Talent Acquisition. The Talent Intelligence Manager uses internal and external data sources to identify workforce trends, support planning and forecasting, and deliver complex analyses and insights that drive strategic decision-making. It also partners with analytics to develop scalable reporting and analytics solutions that enhance organizational performance and enable the organization to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
