The coordinator also manages updates in HR systems, resolves payroll and timekeeping discrepancies, and provides support for HR projects, meetings, and committee activities. In addition, the position plays a central role in provider recruitment logistics, including arranging candidate travel, coordinating onsite interview schedules, managing expense documentation, and supporting related audit and reporting needs. This is a highly service‑centric and visible role requiring strong balance across HR operations and Provider Talent Acquisition.
