About The Position

The Talent & Growth COE is responsible for defining and delivering enterprise-wide talent strategies—spanning talent management, leadership development, executive experiences, skills foundations, performance, potential, and succession planning. The team designs integrated, data driven solutions that help the organization know, grow, and prepare its talent, while enabling consistent, scalable practices across all segments. The Talent & Growth Lead supports the execution and ongoing evolution of a dynamic social learning portal. This role focuses on translating established learning strategies into high‑quality, scalable social learning experiences that reflect our brand, narrative, and standards of excellence. Working closely with internal partners and external vendors, this role applies sound judgment, attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills to ensure experiences are cohesive, well‑governed, and delivered as intended. The role blends hands‑on execution with quality control and continuous improvement, operating with growing independence while remaining aligned to COE direction.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Career Development, Learning, HR, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through
  • Ability to independently execute assigned projects while adapting to shifting priorities
  • Comfort reviewing data and identifying practical implications
  • Interest in applying emerging technologies and platforms within learning and talent environments
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting technology‑enabled learning or employee experience initiatives
  • Exposure to gamification, interactive content, or engagement‑driven design elements
  • Experience contributing to project‑based work involving multiple partners or vendors
  • Comfort working with stakeholders at different levels across the organization

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Support day‑to‑day execution and enhancement of social learning portal, applying established strategy and design principles
  • Translate defined learning priorities into clear, actionable deliverables and workflows
  • Contribute to the development and application of repeatable processes that support consistent delivery and scalability
  • Apply social learning design best practices to improve usability, engagement, and learner experience
  • Serve as a quality control partner by reviewing content, experiences, and creative assets prior to launch
  • Support ongoing management of external vendors by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and feedback
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with guidance, ensuring work progresses according to agreed timelines
  • Track tasks, dependencies, and risks, communicating status and issues clearly to partners and leaders
