About The Position

Two Circles is a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business focused on growing audiences and revenues by understanding fans. They work with over 1000 clients globally, including major sports and entertainment organizations. The Talent Executive will join the growing Talent team and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent, with an emphasis on delivering an excellent hiring experience. The position also contributes to employer branding, talent pipelining, process improvements, and engagement activities. The role requires managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. This includes understanding hiring needs, developing sourcing strategies, recruiting for diverse business functions (including technical roles), creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, building talent pools, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and assisting with onboarding. Partnership with hiring managers is key, involving building strong relationships, providing updates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring alignment. The role also contributes to talent attraction and employer branding through social media, career pages, events, and representing Two Circles at recruitment initiatives. A strong focus is placed on delivering an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and transparency. In terms of recruitment operations, the Talent Executive will maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), assist in tracking recruitment metrics, identify process improvements, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and inclusive hiring practices.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple vacancies.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Naturally curious, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process across assigned vacancies, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing plans and recruitment approaches for each role.
  • Recruit across a diverse range of business functions, including technical and specialist roles such as Data Engineers, Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Product professionals, etc.
  • Create engaging job descriptions and manage job postings across internal and external platforms.
  • Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and other creative sourcing channels.
  • Develop talent pools for current and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing and relationship building.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and alignment with our values.
  • Coordinate interview logistics while ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage offer preparation, support offer discussions, and coordinate reference and background checks.
  • Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
  • Build strong working relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and recruitment needs.
  • Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process by providing regular updates and candidate recommendations.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, collect interview feedback, and help drive an efficient hiring process.
  • Ensure hiring managers and interview teams are aligned throughout each recruitment process.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, careers pages, university partnerships, and recruitment events.
  • Represent Two Circles at career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Help build diverse talent pools by proactively engaging prospective candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Promote Two Circles' culture and employee value proposition throughout the candidate journey.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and professionalism.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Gather candidate feedback and identify opportunities to continuously improve the recruitment experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in tracking recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline activity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and increase efficiency.
  • Ensure recruitment activities align with employment legislation, company policies, and inclusive hiring practices.

  • The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire. $65,000-$75,000
