About The Position

The Talent Exchange Network (T.E.N.) is a program designed to help individuals stay connected with Givens Communities, grow professionally, and network within the organization until a suitable opportunity arises. Members receive invitations to monthly virtual meetings covering topics such as resume tips, interview skills, and organizational updates. They also receive regular newsletters announcing new job opportunities and news from Givens Communities, and have the opportunity for in-person networking with team members and to attend a Givens board meeting. Givens Communities is a senior housing organization committed to providing housing to seniors of all socioeconomic backgrounds across WNC, with five existing communities and plans for expansion.
