Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (engineering, construction management, business, technology, or related disciplines).
• Professional experience in consulting, project management, analytics, engineering, digital solutions, or capital program delivery.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients in solving complex capital program, organizational, or operational challenges.
• Conducting research, data analysis, and assessments to inform recommendations.
• Contributing to project planning, tracking, and delivery activities.
• Translating business needs into clear requirements or actionable plans.
• Building strong working relationships with internal teams, partners, and clients.
• Supporting the implementation of digital tools, processes, or solutions.
